1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Social Ghar, concerning your access to and use of our social media scheduling platform and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Social Ghar provides a social media management platform that allows users to:

• Schedule and publish posts to various social media platforms
• Manage multiple social media accounts from one dashboard
• Access analytics and performance insights
• Collaborate with team members on content creation
• Generate AI-powered captions and content suggestions

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Social Ghar to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Spam, phish, or distribute malware through scheduled posts
• Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated methods to create accounts or schedule posts beyond normal use

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Social Ghar. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of all content you create and schedule through our service.

6. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice. All prices are displayed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise specified.

7. Free Trial

Social Ghar may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the free trial offer at any time.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our service integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third-party platforms. Social media platforms may change their APIs or policies, which may affect our service functionality.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any failures or delays caused by third-party platforms, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Social Ghar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Social Ghar and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, resulting from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to delete your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
